We can help you sort out computer and networking issues at home, your small business, or your non-profit.  If we don’t have the answer right away, odds are we can find someone who does.  And we’ll do it all in “people speak” rather than “tech speak”.

Rates.

We do site visits and house calls during regular business hours. Off-hours and emergency visits are at a higher rate to encourage you to weigh the necessity of those services. We have families too and they like to see us once in awhile.

Where possible, we do work in our shop (where we can multi-task) to save you labor costs.

We offer fee cap options for non-profits, sliding scale options for folks who are just plain having a hard time financially, and barter options for those who would rather trade.

We schedule regular appointments 7-10 days in advance.  Emergencies are scheduled on a case-by-case basis.
